Our story
We started after helping a family member untangle an inherited property that had sat vacant for two years. The traditional route meant repairs they couldn't fund and a timeline they couldn't wait out. A direct sale solved it in three weeks.
That experience became the business. Since 2016 we've purchased hundreds of homes across Georgia — pre-foreclosures, estate sales, tired rentals, storm-damaged properties, and plenty of perfectly nice houses whose owners simply needed to move on quickly.
